References to “JR”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of JRRobbins.com. These terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Members can cancel recurring subscriptions using the cancellation route shown in account or purchase information. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse charges already validly due. Refund rights depend on the contract, service status and applicable consumer law. JR will not use cancellation friction to defeat a statutory right.
