This Messaging, Voice & Video Terms applies to JRRobbins.com and the JR-branded website, community, media, messaging, games, store and related services. References to “JR”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of JRRobbins.com. These terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Private communications

Messages, group chats, calls and shared files are intended only for participants who are authorised to access the relevant conversation. Members must not use communications features for harassment, threats, spam, fraud, unlawful recording, sexual exploitation or other prohibited conduct.

Privacy expectations

Private does not mean immune from lawful access. JR may process message content or metadata where necessary to deliver the service, respond to reports, protect security, comply with law, or enforce policy, subject to applicable legal restrictions.

Recording

If you record a voice or video call, you are responsible for complying with laws and obtaining any consent required from participants. JR does not grant you permission to record merely because a call feature is available.

Reliability

Messages and calls may be delayed, interrupted, lost or unavailable. The service must not be used as a substitute for emergency services or communications where life, safety or critical business continuity depends on delivery.
