One person, one accountable account

Members must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, keep recovery information current and promptly report suspected compromise. Account access may be limited pending verification, security review, required policy acceptance or completion of platform eligibility steps.

No transfer of accounts

Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared in a way that defeats security or accountability controls.
