References to “JR”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of JRRobbins.com. These terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Closing your account

You may request account closure through available account controls or support channels. JR may require reasonable identity confirmation before carrying out a deletion request.

What deletion means

Account closure normally removes or de-identifies profile information from active member surfaces and ends ordinary member access. Some user content may be deleted, anonymised or retained depending on the content type, conversation integrity, rights of other users and lawful retention needs.

Information that may remain

JR may retain transaction records, consent records, security logs, moderation records, fraud indicators, legal correspondence and other information where retention is required or justified by law, tax obligations, legal claims, security or prevention of repeat abuse. Data may also remain temporarily in backups until overwritten under normal retention cycles.

Outstanding obligations

Closing an account does not cancel unpaid amounts, active disputes, valid orders already in progress, or legal obligations that arose before closure.
