This Age & Eligibility Policy applies to JRRobbins.com and the JR-branded website, community, media, messaging, games, store and related services. References to “JR”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of JRRobbins.com. These terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16+ membership requirement

JRRobbins.com is a 16+ service. A person under 16 must not create, hold or use a JR member account. This is a contractual JR platform rule that applies regardless of whether any wider statutory social-media age restriction has commenced.

Date-of-birth declaration

Registration requires a date of birth and an explicit confirmation that the registrant is at least 16. The declaration must be truthful. Supplying a false date of birth, assisting an under-16 person to obtain an account, or using another person's details to bypass the age rule is a material breach of the Terms.

Accounts believed to be underage

If JR reasonably believes an account is operated by a person under 16, JR may restrict or suspend the account while reviewing the issue and may close the account where the age requirement is not satisfied. JR may retain limited records where necessary for safeguarding, fraud prevention, legal compliance or to prevent repeated circumvention.

Members aged 16 or 17

Members aged 16 or 17 are permitted subject to the Terms but remain minors. JR may apply additional default privacy, messaging, discovery, recommendation, livestreaming, purchasing or safety controls where proportionate or legally required.

Future regulatory changes

JR may strengthen age-assurance or teen-protection measures when law, regulator guidance, risk assessments or product features make stronger measures appropriate. Material changes will be explained through the legal centre and, where appropriate, may require renewed acceptance.
