This Terms of Service applies to JRRobbins.com and the JR-branded website, community, media, messaging, games, store and related services. References to “JR”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of JRRobbins.com. These terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Agreement

By creating an account, accessing member-only features, purchasing from the store, or continuing to use the service after a notified material change, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

Eligibility

JRRobbins.com is a 16+ service. You must provide an accurate date of birth, confirm that you are at least 16, and keep account information accurate. We may restrict or close accounts where we reasonably believe eligibility information is false or the account is being used in breach of these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials, sessions and activity through your account. Accounts, usernames, badges, rankings, achievements and access features are licences to use the service and do not create ownership rights in the platform.

Platform protection

We may moderate content, rate-limit or disable functionality, quarantine uploads, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, service integrity or enforcement of published rules.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of user content, delivery of messages, compatibility with every device, or continuation of every feature. JR Chat and calls must not be relied on for emergency communications.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the service is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees beyond those required by law. For consumers, statutory rights remain unaffected. For business users, indirect and consequential losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
