END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This agreement applies to all music tracks, albums, and related audio files purchased, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed from JRRobbins.com, including content authored or performed by Jeromy Robbins.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
By purchasing, downloading, or using any music from this site, you (“the Licensee”) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the music files for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the restrictions outlined in this agreement.
2. PERMITTED USES
The Licensee may:
Play, stream, and download the music for personal enjoyment.
Transfer music to personal devices (e.g., phone, computer, portable players).
Use the music in private settings such as personal playlists, home entertainment, or background listening.
3. PROHIBITED USES
The Licensee may not, without prior written permission from Jeromy Robbins or his authorized agent:
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform the music beyond private use.
Resell, sublicense, lease, or share the music with third parties.
Use the music in commercial projects, including but not limited to:
Podcasts, YouTube videos, or film projects
Advertisements, trailers, promotional materials
Video games or apps
Public performances or broadcasts
Syncing with visuals or video without a sync license
Modify, remix, or create derivative works based on the music
Upload the files to public repositories, streaming platforms, or torrent networks
Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate termination of the license and may result in legal action.
4. COMMERCIAL LICENSING
For use of Jeromy Robbins’ music in commercial, public, or monetized projects (e.g., film, podcast, video, game, advertisement, performance, or distribution), a separate sync or commercial license must be obtained. Contact CustomerService@JRRobbins.com to inquire about custom licensing terms and pricing.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All music is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the music remain with Jeromy Robbins. This agreement does not grant you any rights to trademark, branding, or artwork associated with the music.
6. REFUNDS AND LICENSE TERMINATION
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. The license is automatically terminated if the Licensee fails to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all downloaded copies of the music and cease all use.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The music is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Jeromy Robbins disclaims all liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the music file, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware failure, or incompatibility.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Jeromy Robbins, JRRobbins.com, or affiliated agents be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the licensed content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert Your State/Country if outside US], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and Licensor (Jeromy Robbins) and supersedes any prior understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter. Amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
BY PURCHASING OR USING THIS MUSIC, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THIS LICENSE.
